DIGIDOME DESIGNS, LLC Digidome Designs, LLC, Jeremy Kidd Illustration, Graphic and Web Design, Venice, CA When I first started graphic and web design out of my apartment in Los Angeles back in the late 90’s, as an after-hours, side job, one of my first clients was an artist named Jeremy Kidd. Jeremy originally came to me through a mutual friend for a web site to promote his artwork. Although Jeremy was initially going hire me for the services, he eventually became interested in web design as an art and asked to work alongside with me on the project. Over a span of a couple months we collaborated on the production of his site, exchanging my web design skills for his artist direction. Upon completion, elated with the results and fully appreciating our collaboration, he suggested teaming up and forming a design group together as partners. With Jeremy Kidd being well connected in Los Angeles and being the crest of the “dot.com” boom, we found ourselves extremely business within a short period of time. I quit my full-time job and relocated my home office to Jeremy’s guesthouse where we formed Digidome Designs, LLC in 2000. After nearly two years of successful business, the “dot.com” boom ended and Jeremy and I dissolved our partnership. He retained Digidome Designs, LLC and continues to market to the Los Angeles corporate market, while I moved on to form IAMTEEJAY, with focus on the individual. Eight years after building Jeremy’s web site, JeremyKidd.com, we still collaborate on projects today.
