Introduction

The interactive and viral Community Newsletter Delivery System, programmed by Site51 with interfaces provided by IAMTEEJAY, is a web-based marketing tool consisting of a Newsletter and Administrative Interface created to increase:

  • Value in the relative market

Our Community Newsletter is a powerful marketing tool to inform and educate the customers with such information as:

  • Company news and events
  • Products and services
  • Success stories and other newsworthy items to promote company, products and services
  • Industry related news and events
  • Helpful information to improve your customer’s management, sales and marketing capabilities

The Newsletter

The Newsletter is a dynamic communication tool, which features the following components:

Article
The Article is the main text component of the Newsletter where you convey your message to your customer base.

Send to Friend
This viral marketing tool allows the recipient to forward the Newsletter to a business of friend. This activity can be tracked and potentially increase your customer email database list and sales.

Polls
Use this valuable real-time tool to elicit the position and needs of your target audience. Our poll results are immediately available to you and your customers!

Subscription Application Form
Any one who receives a forwarded Newsletter and who is not in the database can subscribe and receive the next Newsletter directly.

Removal Request Form
The email list is self-administering. Users subscribe themselves and should anyone wish to unsubscribe, they are directed to a web page to have their name and email deleted from the database.

Print Newsletter Option
Web pages do not always print well. This option allows the user to request a “print-friendly” version of the Newsletter that is formatted for printers.

Give Feedback Form
Customer feedback is one of the most important features the Internet provides. Unlike impersonal printed mail back forms, with online Feedback Forms your customers can post their comments; know that they are delivered instantly. This level of personalized customer support is invaluable and our Feedback Form takes full advantage of this potential. Should a Newsletter recipient have a comment they want to post to the Community, this tool provides the means to do it.

Newsletter Archive
Why allow the recipient just one article when you can display and archive of various articles on multiple topics. The Newsletter Archive is an informative rich library of information that grows with your company.

Standard and Custom Design Newsletter Templates
The standard Newsletter template allows the client to administer their Community Newsletter with ease. IAMTEEJAY also provides custom designed Newsletters with additional custom graphics and layouts.


The Administration Interface

The Administrative Interface allows the client to create and maintain an email list data base, create and deliver an HTML or text-only email, and track various activities within the Community. Here are some of the features the Administrative Interface provides:

Articles
The Articles of the Newsletter is the center attraction of this mail list delivery system. A good Article captures the attention of the recipient with the purpose and potential of generating sales by providing new product information and related tips which enhances your image as a customer service oriented company.

Add Article
Here the client can create articles to promote your company, products, services and the industry. They can also relay press releases and pass on industry tips to their customers. Articles are created, stored and maintained in the Community Newsletter database.

Add Photo
If a picture is worth 1000 words, then every article should have an accompanying picture to go with it. With the standard Newsletter template, it is easy for the clients to upload their own photos to enhance their Articles.

Photo Directory
We provide you with a facility to store and manage your library of images with an intuitive web interface. Storage and retrieval is easy, which allows you to select and apply your images to your Articles.

Modify Categories
Information overload is a problem today. The client can develop various subject categories allowing the Newsletter recipients to quickly identify article of interest.

Polls
Knowing who your customers are, what they need and what they are thinking can mean success in business. These polls, typically affiliated with an article, come with real-time tabulation results that both the client and recipient can view immediately.

Add New Poll
It is easy to create and add a new poll with our web interface. Every time an Article is published a poll is recommended to learn as much about your reader as possible. This can help you manage your Newsletter content and even help with your company’s products and services.

Article Feedback
Like polling, feedback on the articles is extremely valuable.

Email a Friend
With our tracking feature, the client can find out which recipients forwarded the Newsletter. Knowing which and how many times articles were forwarded will tell you which articles and which subjects are of most interest

Email Subscription List
This is where the email list are stored and managed.

View List
Through this interface the complete list can be viewed and managed. Each new mail list features several form fields such as name, address, city, zip, phone, email, etc, however only the email field is required to be filled in by the subscriber.

Add or Remove
Customers who are referred to the Newsletter through

Send Mail
The send mail tool creates the Newsletter page, by pulling articles, images, polls, and other important message from the Community database, and upon submission, sends out the Newsletter to all subscribers in the database list.

Email List
This is a view of the entire database. There are no administrative functions other than allowing the client to easily export the list.

Settings
This is an administration facility to manage the text only auto-reply email confirmations to new subscribers and un-subscribers. The client can customize and edit the message in the body of the page.


Note:
The Community Newsletter can built on another remote server that allows for ASP to be enabled. Knowledge of the 3rd party services is required before a quote can be made. Optionally, the Newsletter Community can also be linked from another remote site, while being hosted at Site51.
