STATIONERY SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS Stationery System Development Projects are broken into two separate phases, creating two distinct milestones at which a certain amount of work is accepted and paid for. Each milestone is set up to ensure your satisfaction with the work before moving on to the next and by doing so the final results of the project will be a favorable one. FIRST MILESTONE Acceptance of Project / Composition Design Stage NOTE: Before this project can begin, it is necessary to provide the studio of IAMTEEJAY a digitally formatted resprensentation of your Brand Identity, which include design specifications, fonts, and any other pertinent instructions to recreate the artwork. If you do not have an established Brand Identity, click here before moving on. Upon acceptance of project, signing of purchase order, and a deposit payment being made, your project will then commence. The Project Manager will then ask you to refer me to three stationery systems that you like and three Stationery System that you don’t like, asking you to pay attention to type of media being used, placement of Brand Identity and other graphic elements that substantiate the basis of your attraction or distraction to these references. Using these references and commentary, the Designers will develop a series of three Stationery System styles, each with a completely different presentation of your Brand Identity on the various media. After a thorough discussion and review of these styles. We will take the best elements of all three, or even just one of them to create a composition that will bring us closer to the finished Stationery System. After a final review of the composition, one more set of changes will be made to create the final art and specifications for your Stationery System.
SECOND MILESTONE Completion of Project / Delivery of Work / Pre-press Preparation of Artwork Once the composition has been accepted and final payment submitted, then you will be given a compact disc (CD-R), which will contain both vector and static representations of your new Stationery System on the various and required media, and packaged for your printer for production.
