Through my client Andrea Cagan, I was introduced to Carole Armour-Greenbaum, who had just authored her new book, "The Forever Deal"; an inspiring story for anyone, especially those who have suffered loss through death, divorce or the simple demise of a once sturdy love affair. Carole is the epitome of grace as she picks herself up and ventures back into the world of relationships.
With her first effort being unpublished and unsigned by any publisher, Carole decided to promote her book as an independent and hired me to assist her with nearly every aspect of putting it out to the market.
Needing a concept for a book cover, I helped her visualize a few possibilities and then referred her to Anthony Nex, a well-respected Los Angeles based photographer. Anthony captured the essence of the love between Carole and her husband Les and produced two important images that provided nearly all of the content I needed to produce her book cover, website, social media imagery, and marketing collateral.
Using CreateSpace we were able to produce the book, market and sell it at Amazon and Kindle, where I continue to micro-manage sales and correspondence.
Currently, I manage her blog and share it across her social media network. Over the next few month we hope to market the book at conventions, book fairs and place it on the shelves of independent book stores around the nation.
