Carol Springer began her career as a Mitigation Specialist/Private Investigator in 1995. Two years later she opened the doors to her own investigative agency, CSI: Sarasota. Ms. Springer has a degree in Criminology. She holds a Florida Class C-Private Investigator license and a Class A-Private Investigative Agency license. Ms. Springer is also a licensed Private Detective in the state of New Jersey.

She is personally, special appointed by the judges in the State of Florida and frequently subcontracted by Public Defenders across the state of Florida to assist defense teams with death penalty cases, high-level felony cases and dependency cases. Through her extensive investigative experiences, Carol Springer continues to maintain close working relationships with local law enforcement and other governmental agencies.
