Helping Hands – Healing Heroes

Helping Hands – Healing Heroes (4H) is a 501 c 3 non-profit founded by a veteran who was, at one point, very close to being homeless and struggling to feed his family. Many of the meals for him and his young children came out of the dumpsters of restaurants; the throw-away food and trash others did not want, so he knows first-hand about food insecurity and the stressors of affordable housing.
